In the final phase of a multi-year, multi-service developmental consulting engagement with CCE, ABA provided solutions from our Family Business EffectivenessSM system of services to prepare CCE for a successful sale/merger.

The transaction became effective March 15, 2017. The combined firm will retain the Specialized Engineering Solutions name in its current markets while operating as CaveoSES in the existing CAVEO markets. Combining similar market focuses, services, cultures, leadership, project management, and design expertise will place SES within the top healthcare MEP design and consulting firms nationally. It also provides an improved service platform that allows increased responsiveness to client’s needs and demands that are required in today’s healthcare environments.
